How to Access and Update Your Billing and Account Information
You can view and update your billing details, including your default payment method and billing address, through your BidWrangler customer portal.

How do I access my customer portal?

  1. Begin by clicking this link: BidWrangler customer portal

  2. Enter the primary email address where your invoices are received.

  3. Check your inbox for a secure login link and open it.

  4. Use the portal to view and update your account information.

Note: The customer portal can only be accessed using the primary account email address to which your invoices are sent. If you enter a different email, the login link will not be sent. If you don’t receive the login link, please email us at helpdesk@bidwrangler.com, so we can identify or change your primary email address.

What can I do in the portal?

  • View your current subscription details

  • Change your default payment method

  • Add a new payment method

  • Update your billing address

  • View your invoice history

  • Download invoices and receipts
