How do I upload and manage uncataloged photos?

At times, you may wish to upload a batch of photos that do not yet correspond with a catalog. We now support this function with the new "auction gallery" feature.

In order to use this feature, start by creating your auction. The auction must be created first so you can then add photos to it.

Once your auction has been created, navigate to the Items Import menu:

Click the "create" tab and scroll down to the images section:

Select the images on your desktop that you'd like to upload. Hit "save" at the bottom to begin the upload. You should see a message that your items were imported correctly. (Be sure to check there were no errors.)

Now, navigate to the auction you're working on, and click the "auction review" icon so we can work on editing these photos.

Click on the "items photos" tab on the auction review page. You'll now see the new "auction gallery" feature.

You may now manage these uncataloged images by editing them, copying them, moving them, deleting them, etc.
