How do I create and use an invoice pick list?

Pick lists are meant to be used alongside our new Checkout Page. These lists can be printed after payment and checked when customers leave your facility to make sure no leaves with more or less of their purchased lots.

Pick Lists accompany invoices, so they can be find on their individual invoice row in the Invoice screen, or while on an individual invoice page.

The pick list will present the invoice number, buyer information, and company information similar to invoices. There will be a barcode for loading the entire invoice in the checkout page, as well as include barcodes for individual items within that page.


Scanning capability for these barcodes will be released in the next version of pick lists. You may still load an invoice and check items out by searching for the invoice in the Checkout Page. Learn more about that page here.
