How do I mark an auction as "SOLD" before it begins?

A lot may sell before it reaches an auction with a pre-auction offer. Or sometimes you may want to go in and add a history of past auctions to showcase what your company has previously sold.  

The easiest way to update this information is by creating an auction as you normally would, marking the status of the auction as "Complete", and ensuring the auction date/time is in the past.

• First, access the Admin Portal, select an auction to edit, and confirm the status under the dropdown is displayed as  "Complete" -

• Lastly, confirm the auction's date/time is in the past, and click save - 

How do I inform my bidders of this?

If you want to add information to inform bidders that an auction has ended with a pre-bid offer, and include a sold price with an item, simply add that information within the item description and/or tag line here:
