How do I update the contact information in my website footer?

You can update the address, phone number, and email address in your website footer yourself. Log in to your website admin and go to Site Manager > Assets > Footer: Contact information. One change there updates the footer on every page of your BidWrangler website.

Update the footer when your business moves, changes its phone number, or uses a new email address. The footer is one setting for the whole website, so you do not edit each page.

Your new contact information can also appear in the text of a page. For example, your Contact page or your Home page can show your address or your city. That text is in the Page Content field of each page in Site Manager. Change it after you update the footer.

• Your website domain, for example bidwrangler.com.

• Your website admin username and password. Your website login is not the same as your bidding platform login.

1. Go to your website domain and add "/admin" to the end of the URL.

2. Type your username and password, then click Login.

3. Open Site Manager.

4. Click Assets.

5. Click Footer: Contact information.

6. Change your contact information.

7. Save the change.

8. Open your website and look at the footer to make sure that the new information shows.

1. In Site Manager, click the page that shows the old information. For example, click your Contact page.

2. Find the old information in the Page Content field.

3. Replace the old information with the new information.

4. Save the change.

Where do I change the address at the bottom of my website?
The address at the bottom of your website is in your footer. Go to Site Manager > Assets > Footer: Contact information in your website admin.

Do I need to change the footer on every page?
No. The footer is one setting for your whole website. One change in Footer: Contact information updates the footer on every page.

I updated my footer, but my old address still shows on my website. Why?
Your old address can also be in the text of a page, for example your Contact page or your Home page. That text is in the Page Content field of each page in Site Manager.

Can I use my bidding platform login to edit my website?
No. Your website login and your bidding platform login are separate. Use your website admin username and password.

I forgot my website password. What do I do?
Click the "Forgot your password?" link on your website login screen. You will get an email with instructions to reset your password.
