Getting Started with BidWrangler Training
BidWrangler training lives on its own learning platform, separate from the BidWrangler bidding platform and admin portal, at bidwrangler.learnupon.com.
Training is required for new clients and your login credentials will be provided during onboarding.
Existing clients are also welcome to use the learning platform for training up new members of staff, as a refresher, or a way to learn about new features.
Every course is a self-paced online module you complete on your own schedule, there are no live scheduled webinars hosted by BidWrangler. Your account contact can point you to the right starting module for the type of auctions you run, and finishing the foundational modules unlocks additional, more specific training as you go.
Where BidWrangler Training Lives
BidWrangler's training content is hosted on a dedicated learning management system (LMS) called LearnUpon, at bidwrangler.learnupon.com. This is a separate site from your BidWrangler bidding platform admin portal, so it has its own login and its own dashboard of assigned courses.

Why BidWrangler Training Is Self-Paced, Not a Scheduled Webinar
All BidWrangler training is delivered as self-paced online modules that you work through on your own time. We recognize that many companies have staff who may not be available during our office hours, so self-paced modules allow for more flexibility with getting the whole team up to speed.
During the training, there are typically two opportunities to schedule check-in calls with our support team - these calls are dedicated and tailored to you and your team, rather than generic webinars they may not be relevant for your specific business needs.
Choosing Your Starting Module Based on Your Auction Type
BidWrangler's training is organized so that foundational modules come first and more advanced or role-specific modules unlock as you complete them. The best starting point depends on the kind of auctions you'll be running. For example, someone whose primary focus is real estate auctions will typically start with a different foundational module set than someone focused on general merchandise or estate sale auctions.
During onboarding, new clients are asked to complete a Client Training Form, which initiates the training process, and asks you to specify the types of auctions you run. This helps us determine the right modules for you.
