Items in Auction set to 'No Sale' upon publishing

Edited

Upon publishing an auction you may look at the auction from the bidder's perspective and notice that some items appear to be 'missing', or that they are actually marked as No Sale.

This can occur if you originally set up an auction with a scheduled end time that has since passed. Any items that were in the auction at that time would have automatically been updated to no-sale.

If you update the end time and add more items, the new items will display in 'Accepting Bids' status, but the original items will remain in 'No Sale'.

If this happens, the issue can be resolved by re-opening each individual lot within the auction from the clerking panel.

If you have many lots to re-open, BidWrangler is also able to reset the auction for you. Please note that resetting an auction removes any bids that may have been placed, but all registered bidders remain intact.

If you need BidWrangler to reset an auction for you, please email helpdesk@bidwrangler.com and provide a link to the auction that needs to be reset.
