Item Release Tickets

Item Release Tickets are designed to streamline pickup and checkout workflows, particularly for equipment auction companies. Each ticket displays essential information for paid lots, helping staff quickly verify items during pickup.

Tickets are typically printed and handed to buyers once payment is received in person. At the time of pickup, auction staff use the ticket to confirm that the correct lot has been loaded, initialed, and collected the buyer’s signature before the item exits the property.

This process provides a simple, documented chain of custody for released items and helps reduce pickup errors or disputes.

Item Release Tickets can be created in bulk or individually by filtering for an auction similar to invoices and pick lists, or individually via "Invoice Actions":
