Updating the Company Contact on Invoices and Settlements
Many auction companies may want to display alternate company contact information on their bidder invoices or seller settlementsdue to multiple office locations or affiliates. By default, these documents use the company contact information in their Company Settings, but new contacts can be set up via Invoice or Settlement Settings.

When creating or editing Invoice or Settlement Settings, scroll down to the "Contact" field. This dropdown will allow you to select or edit previously-created contacts, or create more:
Create a new contact allows you to choose the name, phone, email, website address, and even upload a new logo if needed.
Save the contact and settings to make them available to be assigned to an auction. Any auction with these settings assigned will show this contact on the invoices or settlements.
