Item Summary Guide

Edited

The Item Summary Guide allows auction admins to search for all items by a variety of filters such as lot information, buyers, sellers, and specified auctions. This search produces a report with lot information, buyers and sellers associated, and sale information.

To create an Item Summary, log in to your BidWrangler Admin Portal and scroll down to find the "Multi-Auction Reports." Here, you will find the "Item Summary" page among the other reports. Click on its name to navigate to the Item Summary creation page:

From the Item Summary page, you will find a variety of option filters to search for items, including:

Lots - Enter any keyword to search for items across Lot Number, Name, Description, Simple Description, Stock Number, and VIN Number. Click on the "Filter Icon" to remove any one of these filters.

Buyer or Seller - Search across winning bidders {Buyer} or associated sellers {Seller}. Keywords search across Buyer or Seller via Name, Email, Phone Number, Organization Name, or Bidder Number. Click on the "Filter Icon" to remove any one of these filters.

Date From - Filter for items sold from a specified auction end date. Type in a date or click on the "Calendar Icon" to choose a date from the calendar pop-up.

Date To - Filter for items sold up to a specified auction end date. Type in a date or click on the "Calendar Icon" to choose a date from the calendar pop-up.

Auctions - Select specific auctions to search across.

There are buttons below the filters to execute the search or reset.

This report can also sorted by a variety of fields by clicking on the "Sort By" dropdown and selecting a different field, then ascending or descending. Below is an example of reordering a search by "Selling Price" in descending order:

Any report can then be exported as a CSV file by clicking "CSV," choosing the desired fields, then "Download."
