How do I use bidder's choice in the live clerking panel?
NOTE: In order to use bidder's choice, it must be enabled for your company. If bidder's choice is not enabled for your company, please reach out to us at helpdesk@bidwrangler.com to enable the feature.
This article assumes a live auction has already been set up. If you need help first setting up your live auction, email us at helpdesk@bidwrangler.com.
Sign in with your admin credentials, and navigate to your live auction. Click into it, and then click the hamburger menu at the top right corner of your screen. Click on "Live Clerking Panel."
Enter the lots you would like to include in the group and then click on Load
Choose the type of Choice you want to run.
Choice — allows you to select and sell any of the loaded items.
In Order — will only allow you to select lots in numeric order to sell. For instance, you can choose to sell lots 1, 2, and 3, but NOT just 1 and 3.
One Price — automatically selects all lots. Winning bid is a single price for ALL of the items.
Per Lot — automatically selects all lots. Winning bid is a price PER item.
Select the lots to be sold as part of this group. Enter the bid amount and the bidder. Then click on "Sold"
You are now able to select one or more of the remaining lots to sell. You may keep them as a group or sell them individually, depending on which items are checked
