How do I turn off registration notifications?
Unless disabled, we send emails from the auction company's settings to admins notifying them of new registrations, and to bidders that they have successfully registered for a sale.
Bidder Emails
Unregistered users will see a 'Register to Bid' button before they are able to place bids. Clicking this brings up the Account Login screen, but new users should click the 'No Account? Sign up Here' option.
Upon completing registration, they will receive the following Registration Approval email:
The email will be branded with your company's branding.
All Company details such as Company name, phone number, email, website, etc. will pull from your Company Settings.
Admin Emails
When a new bidder registers, users with Full-Admin and Admin permission will also receive the following New Registration to Admins email:
Disabling Registration Notification Emails
Both Full_Admins and Admins can disable either of these emails from your Company Settings under the Customization menu:
Additionally, Admins can disable all admin emails from the Permissions screen/their Permission settings.
