Max Bids Now Supported in Choice Bidding During Live Auctions

Max bids are now supported in choice bidding during live auctions. 

Previously if items were sold by choice, and if one (or more) of the items had an existing max bid when the items entered choice, all max bids were deleted.

Now, in live auctions, max bids on an item will be honored during choice bidding.
