Auction external guid: Used to attach to an Auction with an external guid, that did not originate on our system. Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters.

Auction position: Position the item will appear in the auction. Type: integer. Optional.

Lot identifier: The identifier for this lot in your auction. (i.e 'DG2316'). Can have integers or letters. Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters. Required.

Featured item: Use the first image from this item as a featured image for the auction. Values are 1 for true or 0 for false. Type: boolean.

Name: The short name you used to describe this item when talking to a potential bidder. Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters.

Description: A detailed description of the item being auctioned. Type: text/html.

Simple description: A shorter version of the Description used in the UI where space is limited. Type: text.

Tag line: When the item is marked as a listing, this will be displayed as a banner at the top of the listing photos. Type: text.

Notes: Private notes, not visible to bidders. Type: text.

Sub category: The second-level category for this item. The name may not contain the characters $#[]./ Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters.

Main category: The top-level category for this item. The name may not contain the characters $#[]./ Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters.

Item details url: A URL on your website with extended details for this item. Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters.

Video url: A YouTube video url. Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters.

Currency symbol: Override the currency configured on the auction. Show next to all bid amounts for this item. Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters.

Currency name: Override the currency name configured on the auction. Only returned to API calls (not used in user experience). Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters.

Starting bid: The starting bid for the item (in a LIVE auction an ASK for this amount will automatically be created when bidding is enabled). Type: decimal.

Reserve price: Reserve price on the item. Type: decimal.

Auto-extend by seconds: Override the autoextend increment on the auction (in seconds). (Will override the Company/Auction set autoextend increment) Type: integer.

Auto-extend group: Items in this group autoextend together. Items must have matching text in this field to be in the same group. Type: text.

Manual close: If selected, this item will go into a pending state and the clerk will have to manually close the item. Values are 1 for true or 0 for false. Type: boolean.

Custom increment: Amount that the bid will increment by. Type: decimal.

Buy-it-now price: The price at which a buyer can immediately buy the item. Will only work for online only items that are not set to manual close. Type: integer.

Quantity: The integer of items included in the lot. Used for Times the Money. Type: integer.

Enable offers: Bidders will be able to make offers on this lot. Admins with be sent an email whenever an offer is made. Values are 1 for true or 0 for false. Type: boolean.

External guid: Used to identify an item that did not originate on our system. Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters. Required.

First bid message: Bidders will see this message as a popup after their first bid. Type: text.

Buyers fee id: Buyers fee for the item. Must exist in the system. Type: integer.

Buyers premium id: Buyers premium for the item. Must exist in the system. Type: integer.

Seller number: Item owner's seller number. Must exist in the system. Type: integer.

Seller commission id: Must exist already. Type: integer.

Listing url: The url where the button will direct them. Special formats can be used for telephone (Ex. tel:5402719076) or SMS (Ex sms:5402719076) Type: text. Length: up to 255 characters.

Listing complete: Will hide a listing. Values are 1 for true or 0 for false. Type: boolean.

Listing button label: A label for the action button in the details for a LISTING (e.g. "Call Now!" or "For Sale") Type: text.

Listing price: If provided this price will be used to sort listings. Type: integer.
