How do I attach a Document to an Item/Lot in BidWrangler?

Documents are added to the item level in the BidWrangler admin portal, and will display as a link for a bidder to view/download.  If you have a website with us, these documents will show up on your website under the Documents tab.

To add a document:

Navigate to your bidding platform admin portal, and select "Item" from the left menu. 

Search for your item. Click the pencil icon to edit the item. 

Next, scroll down the page and expand the "Suggested Fields" dropdown - 

Click the box "Create a new item document" to launch a file finder window, and select the document you want to upload. 

The name of the document is important; what you name the file is what will show up on the bidding platform/website.

Don't forget to click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
