How do I use the Tax Summaries Multi-Auction Report?
The Tax Summaries are one of the new reports available under our Multi-Auction Reports. These reports allow auction companies to gather data across multiple auctions or timespans. The Tax Summaries Multi-Auction Report allows admins to combine tax summaries into one based on when an auction finalized.
Creating a Tax Summary Multi-Auction Report
You will find the Tax Summaries report under the Multi-Auction Reports:
All Tax Summaries will appear on this screen with the most recently-created reports at the top. You will find columns for the Report {named by the dates chosen}, Auctions Processed {updates as the report is created}, Auction Count {total auctions captured and included on the report}, Status {updates as the report is created}, Requested By {User/Permission that created the report}, and Created At time.
Click on the report icon or report's name to open once "done," delete via the "X," and view additional info via the informational "i."
These reports can be sorted by clicking on the columns and filtered via those provided in "Add filter." The checkboxes allow you to choose reports and delete in bulk via "Selected items."
Click "Create" to create a new Multi-Auction Auction Summary.
Tax Summaries are gathered by selecting a start date, end date, and Timezone. Tax summaries will be compiled for those that finalized within the configured time period.
Once saved, the summary will start processing. Refresh your screen to see the progress. The report will also be emailed to the admin that initiated the report's creation.
Once completed, click the report icon or name to view it.
The Tax Summary can be downloaded as a PDF and viewed from this page. The data will appear as the traditional per-auction Tax Summaries appear, but with compiled numbers.
Scroll to the bottom of the report and it will share which auctions were included in the report as well as when they were finalized.
