How do I use the Buyer Summary?

The buyer summary allows you to view a summary of bidder information aggregated from their purchases across all auctions in the platform.


You can filter the buyers you'd like to display by the following fields:

  • Name (or partial name)
  • State (or province)
  • Registration time period (only selects bidders and compiles data within the given time period)
  • Registered in Auctions (select only bidders registered for particular auctions)
  • Money Spent (filter bidders by total amount across all auctions)
  • Auctions purchased in (filter by number of auctions where the bidder has made purchases)
  • Lots purchased (filter by number of lots purchased)

Here's how to use the report:

From your Admin Portal, scroll down and click on "Buyer Summary"

Fill in the filters with your chosen search parameters

If you click on "Save Filter" you can save the current parameters to be used later by adding a name and saving. It can then be chosen from the dropdown at any time.

Scroll down and you will see the buyer summary report. You can interact with the report and/or download a CSV file of the info as shown below:
