How do I send an auction preview?

In many cases, an auction company may want to send a client a preview of an auction before it is published and visible to the public. This can be done by creating and sharing a preview link.

From your admin portal, click on the Auction Review icon for the relevant auction

Click on "Preview"

Click on "Copy" to copy the hyperlink.

These links will expire in 30 days. "Open" will link you directly to the preview as well.

You can now share this link to allow a client to preview an auction. Note that if the auction is unpublished, that "Preview" text is watermarked across all of the photos, and bidding and registration is disabled.

You can use the same procedure to share an auction that has been published, however in this case there will be no watermarks, and bidding and registration will be enabled.
