How do I hide $0 totals on invoices?

We have added an additional setting to Invoice Settings entitled "Hide $0 line items" that will hide all $0 summary totals on individual invoices.

For example, if you have $0 buyers fees on invoices or your auction does not have a sales tax, they can be hidden on invoice summaries.
