How Do I Reopen An Item For Bidding?

Items marked as 'Sold' or 'No Sale' can be reopened for bidding in the clerking panel. To access the clerking panel, sign in to the front end of your platform using your admin account. When you sign in as an admin, the "register to bid" button in an auction will instead say "clerk." Clicking "clerk" will take you to the clerking panel:

Once in the clerking panel for the item, clicking on the 'Reopen Bidding' icon (the circular button with the arrow) just to the left of the item's lot number and title will reopen this item for bidding:

Items marked 'Sold' or 'No Sale' will not be found in an auction's active items. To find them, you'll want to click the grid menu located here:

This will open the auction's categories, which you can click to view the 'Sold' or 'No Sale' items accordingly:
