How do I link to a document from my website?

You can add links to PDF documents or external sources in every page on your website. 

Begin in Site Manager. Click on the page you'd like to work on. 

Highlight the text you want to link. 

Click on the link icon in the tool bar. It will bring up your Link window. Here is where you can link to an external source by pasting in a URL. You can also choose to upload a PDF file. If you are uploading a PDF to link to, click "browse server."

\This will bring up your files menu. 

Click "upload files."

Choose the file from your computer that you would like to link.

In this case, my file is called "Test PDF." Make sure you have that file selected in the menu. Click "add files" at the bottom. 

Tip: In the Target menu, choose "new window." This will allow your PDF to open in a new window.

Hit "OK." 

Your link will now be underlined in your page content. Don't forget to hit "submit" to save your update.
